Chinese cuisine can be divided into eight major cuisines, namely Sichuan cuisine, Lu cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, Su cuisine, amaranth, Zhejiang cuisine, Hunan cuisine, and Anhui cuisine. The combination of wine and wine is a matter of learning. Some people advocate respecting the classic matching rules. For 27 years, Ben Lin, the current head of the Shanghai Center of the CAFA Wine School in France, is a full-fledged “foodie” and an expert in the field of table wine.
